This monthly three-hour class serves as a refresher class for those
couples who have completed our “centering” classes in past month or two and are nearing their due date. It is also for those who have birthed naturally in the past and did not attend classes with this pregnancy.

A visiting Bradley teacher covers the “Power Point” version of a birth class. She attempts to hit all the highlights and condense the most important information down to a concentrated version.

The class meets each month at the Duval Rd. and Mopac location as well as at our William Cannon Dr. location.
