"New Trends" Birthing Classes

"New Trends" will provide a mix of empowering tools to help expectant mothers have good birthing experiences. The new classes reflect current trends in the teaching of pregnancy care and birthing. The tools include lots of information about prenatal care, labor and birth, and postpartum care; relaxation techniques; visualization; affirmation; and relationship building with other moms in your group. The birthing tools will be presented in an interactive setting and include reading, lectures, videos and group participation in four two-hour sessions.
